Some of one said to me please give a short cuts and some useful  tip to lock folder.There are many software in market which can do this task easily.but they are provide paid services.

How to Lock a Folder free without any software.

Finally i search out a good and easy way to lock a folder with out any software.

Here is the easiest way to protect a folder free.

1. i have a personal folder in C drive  named as “abc”. you can chose any of the folder in any partition. By Just include its path.
2. Now in second step open the command prompt and select the desire partition where your folder exist. As i have that folder in C drive then i will type “CD C:\” in the command prompt.
3. Now In command Prompt window type “attrib abc +s +h ” . Please don’t forget to change the folder name as your ones (abc).
   NOTE:”abc” is here your folder name. Change it with your desire folder name.
   This is a command to make your folder invisible. It cannot visible hidden command also did not effect it.
   It also cannot be seen in Hidden files and folder option.
4. Now if you want to unlock your folder Open the command prompt again and type “attrib abs -s -h“.
   The “-” sign in this command make a folder or file unlock.

It is the easiest way which i also use to protect folder.You can lock a folder ,file with it.
